Building Farmday

A growing startup carries a certain electricity, especially when it connects land, technology, and long-term capital

At Farmday, we are not just structuring agricultural investments

We are building a platform for transparent, fractional ownership of productive farmland

From day one, our commitment has been to build in the open, sharing our operational, legal, and technical progress as we move toward our initial presale and the launch of future farms

From Fields to Frameworks

Farms and startups have more in common than people think

Both rely on:

  • Playbooks and discipline

  • Standards and interoperability

  • Trusted partners

  • Long-term execution

  • Shared knowledge

Farmday is built at the intersection of agricultural experience and startup operations

Our journey spans decades, with roots in family farms in Colombia and professional leadership roles in technology companies across France, Israel, California, and New York

We grew up around land

We built careers around systems

Farmday is where those worlds converge

From Concept to Infrastructure

After validating the concept legally and structurally with counsel, we began designing the infrastructure required to launch responsibly

Today, our backend is powered by:

  • Odoo for operational management and structured reporting

  • DigitalOcean for secure and scalable cloud infrastructure

  • Stripe for regulated, secure payment processing

  • Mercury for institutional-grade banking

  • Hoyos Law  for cross-border legal structuring and deeded ownership compliance

Beyond infrastructure, our strategic direction is informed by our network within:

  • Latinx in Tech

  • International Chamber of Commerce connections

  • Agricultural operators and international founders

These relationships guide our governance, compliance decisions, and expansion strategy

Farmday is designed for success

Human-Driven, Data-Assisted

Farmday began with two Colombians who met in New York; from the beginning, this has been international in spirit

Our cultures share something important:

A respect for land, food, and long-term stewardship

Technology does not replace farming

It enhances transparency

Our approach integrates:

  • Structured farm management systems

  • Digital reporting dashboards

  • Smart-farm infrastructure

  • Professional local operators

The goal is alignment between landowners, operators, and fractional participants

Building Economies of Scale for Farms

Many excellent farms struggle not because of soil quality, but because of administrative burden

Farmday is designed to:

  • Support payroll and financial structuring

  • Provide technology infrastructure

  • Improve reporting transparency

  • Facilitate access to capital

  • Enable expansion without loss of operational control

Operators focus on the land

We focus on structure, systems, and growth

Why Now

Fractional ownership is no longer theoretical

Legal innovation, digital infrastructure, and secure payment systems now allow real-world assets to be structured responsibly for broader participation

We are launching in Colombia because:

  • We know the regions

  • We know the operators

  • We understand the legal landscape

  • We believe in the country’s growth trajectory

Colombia continues to unlock regions that were previously inaccessible, with improving infrastructure, export capabilities, and agricultural modernization

Our investments aim to support smart businesses and regional development — responsibly and sustainably

Environmental Stewardship

Agriculture is not simply production

It is stewardship

Farmday integrates environmental responsibility into:

  • Irrigation strategy

  • Crop selection

  • Infrastructure planning

  • Governance frameworks

Nature teaches compounding, resilience, and patience

We aim to reflect those values in how we build this company

The Road Ahead

We are preparing for our initial limited presale allocation as a first step in launching our platform model

Future farms will expand across crops and regions, structured independently, with disciplined growth

We want to build intentionally, with transparency at every stage
