Assets are usually sold with a hold period to enable us to prepare all the legal and technical follow up steps to enable the private market. Trading is enabled after six months unless stated otherwise in the offer documents
Buying fractional assets entitles you to a share of the dividends as described in the offer. Holding onto your shares means receiving a periodic payout to the account configured in your settings. As properties increase in value, your fractional shares should reflect that, once the hold period has passed, you can offer your shares in the private market and potentially sell for a profit
